StanSteel model 250 portable Drum Mix Plant designed to produce 250tph, w/gear drive.
Drum new in late 1990s.
- Burner - Hauck SJO series oil burner
- Pollution Controls - High efficiency
stationary baghouse.
- Cold Feeders - 3 compartment portable
cold feed bins including adjustable gates for flow control feeding
onto a collecting conveyor, thru screens onto an
inclined virgin aggregate belt conveyor.
- Silos & Drag Conveyor - Two 100 ton silos
with cross conveyor and drag conveyor.
- Controls - Electrical gear protected by NEMA rated panels containing electronic blending
controls, burner controls and all necessary starters/breakers.
- AC Tank - portable 20,000 gallon
electrically heated AC tank
- Miscellaneous - RAP system included.
