ALmix Portable drum plant to include the following equipment:

• Dryer/Mixer - ALmix model 6626, 66" x 26' Portable Drum Mixer designed to produce 120tph, w/trunnion drive and speed reducers.
• Burner - Hauck 'Star-Jet'  oil/gas burner.
• Pollution Controls - High efficiency baghouse mounted on drum frame. Pneumatic dust blower returns fines to the mixing process.
• Cold Feeders - 3 compartment cold feed bin  including adjustable gates for flow control feeding through 2 individual single deck screens under the feeders and then onto a 24" inclined virgin aggregate belt conveyor with weigh scale.
•  Silo & Drag Conveyor -  Self Erecting ALmix 35 ton silo w/batcher and 150 tph drag conveyor. 
• Controls - Electrical gear protected by NEMA rated panels containing electronic blending controls, burner controls and all necessary starters/breakers. Includes ALmix Millennium Drum Control and Libra Gen II Silo Load-Out installed by C.M. Consulting in Spring of 2009.
• AC Tank - Burke 14,000 gallon AC tank w/Helical hot oil heater.
• Miscellaneous - Caterpillar 225Kw gen-set w/7,350 hours. New generator end, spring of 2010. 14.9Kw night generator.
 New in May 2010.
• Includes a basic Marshall test lab with scales, sample shaker and sieves, Thermolyne Ncat oven all in 20 foot container. Container also houses plant spare parts.
