  C.M. Consulting is one of three divisions of Cliff Mansfield Incorporated, an Oregon registered corporation established in 1990. CMC is dedicated to supporting its customers with knowledgeable solutions to production, safety, and environmental concerns they face in today's rapidly changing asphalt plant and construction marketplace.

  Our mission is to provide quality plant repairs and on-site personnel training while maintaining production of high quality materials. We are experienced in all phases of plant set-up, utilization, mix-design compliance, air-quality compliance, maintenance and repair issues, equipment upgrades, and used plant restarts. We are a "hands-on" company, and we're not afraid to "dive in" and get dirty!

This plant, running in the mountains of Ecuador, was operating with a worn out exhaust fan.

This is why we need the DEQ, despite what some people think of them, they do serve a useful purpose.
